The Lake at Canyon Lakes

Welcome to The Lake at Canyon Lakes!

 

The Lake at Canyon Lakes is a private gated community in San Ramon, CA consisting of 624 residences in a park-like setting surrounding a 14-acre lake which is adjacent to a public golf course. Our common area grounds have many beautiful viewing areas around the lake, and residents can enjoy a variety of walking routes throughout the community.

 

Our high hillsides have hiking trails that provide panoramic views of Mount Diablo and the mountains to the South. Our lake is the centerpiece of a thriving habitat that includes fish, ducks, geese, a variety of small birds plus red-tailed hawks and egrets, as well as many other creatures. River otters, coyotes, bobcats and deer are also part of the natural habitat we all share.

 

By design this is a low light community, with minimal street lighting so that the night sky and stars are readily visible.

 

Our community, which is managed by the Lake (master) Association, is comprised of six independently managed sub-associations which contain a variety of home configurations including single family homes, condominiums and townhouses. The six sub-associations are set throughout the site based on the configuration or grouping of homes within the community. 

 

Each sub-association its own governing rules and dues. The Lake (master) Association maintains a 14-acre lake, all common areas outside of each sub-association, 4 pools and several recreational courts (tennis, pickleball, basketball). It is also responsible for security, and ensuring compliance with all rules and regulations designed to ensure overall resident satisfaction and strong home values. 

 

The vehicle entrance to our community has 24-hour security with cameras that monitor all entries.
