The Lake at Canyon Lakes is a large planned development located in San Ramon. The gated community contains 624 residential units; 216 of which are single family homes and 408 of which are condominiums located in 5 different condominium projects. The various projects at the Lake at Canyon Lakes were developed between 1986 and 1989. The development features luxury single family homes and condominiums surrounded by stunning natural and man-made landscaping features and recreational amenities.
The centerpiece of the common area facilities is the development's eponymous lake, which comprises over 14 acres in the middle of the property. Other amenities enjoyed by residents include swimming pools and spas, clubhouses, picnic areas, tennis/pickleball/basketball courts, and hiking trails. There is a public golf course adjacent to the development which enhances our views and overall beauty of our surroundings.
The Lake at Canyon Lakes Association, Inc. is a master association responsible, among other things, for maintenance and upkeep of the extensive common areas in the development. All Owners within the development and all 6 sub-associations are subject to governing documents which are provided to every Owner, and must comply with the Rules, including the Architectural Guidelines, of the master association.
