Master Association
The Lake at Canyon Lakes Association, Inc. is a master association responsible for, among other things, the maintenance and upkeep of the extensive common areas in the development. All Owners within the development and all 6 sub-associations are subject to governing documents and must comply with the Rules, including the Architectural Guidelines, of the master association.
The entrance to our community has 24-hour security with cameras that monitor all entries. Guests and contractors are required to show ID and check in with the guards. Residents use the automatic gate system. Excellent primary and midlevel schools are within walking distance. The community common area grounds have many plazas around the lake and residents enjoy a variety of walking routes throughout the community.
Prospective owners and tenants should be aware of the Association Rules, most notably the garages that hold 2 vehicles, must be used for that purpose. Some sub-associations allow parking in driveways, while others do not. By design this is a low light community, with minimal street lighting so that the night sky and stars are readily visible. The Rules are available on this web site, and are actively enforced. The Lake at Canyon Lakes is a welcoming, reasonably regulated and managed community. Monthly Dues: To ensure to stability of our community each homeowner pays monthly dues. They are currently at $260 monthly, but may change over time as the Board of the master association deems necessary to support its goals. Please note that the sub-association you reside in may also impose a separate monthly fee.
Professional Management: With a community comprised of 624 homes with an extensive road and amenity infrastructure, it's important to enlist the support of a professional community management team. The Lakes at Canyon Lakes has partnered with Common Interest Management Services to provide professional management services.
